ICT coursework is the BIGGEST project in the C-PELT course. It involved lots of skills which we have to learn through the 14 weeks course. We are asked to intergrate all the ict skills in order to produce this coursework.

ReplyDeleteInstead of synthesis, try use create, simpler to grasp.
There's something about the second sentence in the unit evaluation. Do check on it.
I think, instead of using 'students create mind map' which is quite limiting, perhaps students should be allowed to create mind maps...have them explore on different topic in this subject matter, just to generate more ideas, specifically and less taxing on the pupils' behalf. But i do agree that it should be suited to pupils' abilities.
In prerequisite skills, "use the computer" could be corrected as "use computer", as instead of "search information" could be changed to "search for information" which sounds better.
Something is wrong with F for the word folder.
In GRASP, 2nd line, an extra J should be removed.
In products, kindly remove 'the'
In 2nd line for the 2nd lesson, kindly remove 2 from the phrase 'Movie Maker', and the word 'Windows' should be included as it's part of Microsoft product, thereby it should be treated as a proper noun.
In lesson 3, it might sound better if 'teacher shows / guides' instead of 'teacher teaches'.
In lesson 4, the text that was distributed to the pupils as a take home task should be mentioned clearly and specifically. And if i may ask, is it ok to post it along with this unit lesson plan? Thanks.

3rd step in lesson 4, processes could be used.
All in all, your plan is detailed, and not too burdening, which i believe it would be very interesting to be carried out in the school, as each children would be able to showcase their final product in English month.(The usage of 'the' in arguable, but i don't think it should be there.)
Bravo Kow Kow...you outdid yourself and give something others should think about, age is not a factor to be considered as barrier to this, but is something added to this.
